Red fox

In this weekend i had the pleasure of seeing for the first time a red fox while traveling to the mountains for scenery to shoot with the camera.

The red fox was so close to the road and cars that we stopped to take a look and give her a bit of food to enjoy because she literally looked very hungry. The problem in Romania, at the mountains are that people keep chopping trees especially in the Fagaras area and sometimes you will find animals coming on the road to greet the people because they are out of food from the forest.

Thank you humanity but no thanks! We should try to preserve the nature as much as we can so the wildlife creatures like the fox and the bear wont come and beg for food from people. As much as i delighted in seeing the fox because it is one of my favorite animals, I also kept wondering what would happen to her when the winter comes and she would have less food than before.

Not only that, but here hunters are given permission to shoot these majestic animals as they come close to towns and humans but they take no account of the law and shoot them anyways. So, as much as i have enjoyed seeing this beautiful fox, i would have preffered that she stayed in the forest and had no contact with the humans so she wouldn't get used to us and get hurt in the future.
