Moghioros Park

Do you know the story of the ugly duckling who turned into a beautiful swan? Well, this is the story of an average looking park called Drumul Taberei who was renewed and now, it's a sight for sore eyes.

So, before it was renewed by the City Hall, the park was full with trees but not really in an estetic way or design. The park wasn't that popular and a bit scary at night from the lack of people. Then, they started to cut a lot of trees and made an artificial lake along with a playground for kids too. They installed a bridge too and made it as modern as possible.

From my point of view, the project was a big succes because the popularity grew and you can see at night lots of people that come. The story behind it isn't exactly the happiest as the project was modified a few times to reduce the costs of taking care of it eventhough the funding was worth a lot from it but it's not our business to discuss economical issues with it.
